Situated in the heart Dorchester, Dorset, our store is a vibrant community of artists, crafters, and small home businesses sharing a space to display and sell work. The Spaces

We are adaptable and understand that every Artist, Crafter, and small home business has unique needs. invite you to reach out so we can provide you with tailored information. Typically, each space measures 600mm L x 300mm D x 500mm H, with a base rate of £30 per month (invoiced at the start of each month). We've found that these dimensions are suitable for most. If you're an artist looking to display your work, we can offer additional height on some of our top shelves

Commission and Other Charges

The commission rate is set at 20% on sales.

 

WHY?

This commission rate accounts for all variable costs involved in operating the store, including, but not limited to, display materials, maintenance, card transaction fees, packaging such as bags and tissue paper.

Other Charges

There are no additional charges. We anticipate that the commission rate will cover all expenses. However, if any extra charges become necessary, we will discuss them with you before proceeding.

What is included.

We provide the following benefits at no extra cost, highlighting our dedication to our partnership with you.

  1. We do not ask for any information that would enable us to withdraw funds; there are no direct debits or standing orders involved. Instead, we invoice you at the beginning of each month, putting you in full control of your payments.

  2. You’ll receive your sales payments directly deposited into your bank account on a weekly basis. After all, it’s your sale and your money. We guarantee prompt payment every Sunday, although there may be occasional delays.

  3. We supply a detailed sales statement so you can see exactly which products are being sold.

  4. Our inventory control system allows access to our sales platform via a unique portal login, enabling you to track your sales, print essential barcode labels, and add new stock items.

  5. Just send us your stock through tracked post, and we'll make sure your space is well-stocked.
